Hi,
Is it possible to export a form(*.xform) done in Orbeon to the Intalio Designer?
I have imported any XForm from Internet to Designer but it can't open the file.

You cannot really do that, since Designer works with a subset of forms for which it can generate a WSDL.
Best way to do that is to start by modelling the data in the form editor, and then edit by hand or using an Orbeon editor.
