Hi all,
In the ui-fw, once somebody with a Manager role starts a process I would like that other tasks for the same role (same lane in the designer) could only be seen in the ui-fw by the Manager who started the process.
In order to do so, I linked in the data mapper, the \"userOwner\" task metadata to \"intalio\\XXX\" (where XXX is the name of the Manager starting the process) but I noticed that all managers could still see these tasks.
Any ideas / examples on that topic ?
Many thanks for you help,
Regards,
Nico

Hi Nico,
Well, the good news is that you will be able to do this in 6.0. When you start a process with a form, we will now present the \"user\" metadata in the mapper, so you can actually do the proper mapping. From what I get you would need to do that for each task.
Right now, for your problem, could you check in the database that userOwner and roleOwner fields are according to what you expect ?

Nicolas,

Hi Nico, and nice to see you pro-active at this forum too. Many thanks for your answer.
Actually I checked the userOwner and roleOwner already and they are corresponding to what I expect but it doesn\'t work as described in my initial post.
Do I need to wait for the 6.0 or is there another solution ? Please let me know, Regards, Nicolas
