Maybe the third time posting is the charm :).

I am trying to use a dynamic select list in an xform, following the Dynamic Process example.

However, my attempts have not been successful. I start with literal XML in a variable, then transform this using XSL resulting in something that looks like it should work, but it doesn't.

My resulting XML is:
<Acts />
<Acts_items>
<item xmlns="http://example.com/SelectValues/xform">
<label>2</label>
<value>1</value>
</item>
</Acts_items>

but this leads to an empty select list. Does anyone know the format that the xform's select list is expecting in order to render correctly?
