How to delete undeployed processes and processes tasks links in ui-fw ?

in version 5.2, you would have to delete the PIPAs manually in the database. (TEMPO_PIPA tasks)
We're in the middle of tracking deployed artifacts so we can delete properly delete them. Since we support both file-based deployment and service-based deployment this had to be re-done.
