Use Intalio to provide workflow and business process functionality across applications in the Zoho Suite

Zoho provides a suite of collaboration and business applications, hosted by Zoho and accessible by users online from a browser. The breadth of Zoho suite is rather impressive - in addition to the standard Office applications, Zoho features business applications in CRM, Help Desk, Asset Management, Project Management, and many other areas.

As more users and companies adopt Zoho, the need for workflow and business process support amongst Zoho applications will emerge. In fact, we have started to receive use cases and requirements for Zoho and Intalio integration.

I am registering this D3 projectto track this exciting trend and to invite additional use cases and discussion from the community. Let us know how you are using Zoho and how the integration between Zoho and Intalio can make you more productive.

Zoho enables SSO already.
They also provide API for sheet, writer, creator and zoho cloud (odbc and jdbc connector for zoho reports and db).

Could you tell mor information on what kind of integration you have in mind, please?

Hello Marcin,

Use cases we have received involve integration between Zoho Creator and Intalio; for example, user fills in a Zoho web form, which triggers a business process in Intalio.

What kind of SSO projects have you done with Zoho?

Hi Shao,
It is already possible what you describe here. Using zoho cloud you have access to collected data with zoho creator with odbc driver.

It would be good to start process within intalio during filling a form but I am not sure if this is possible.

In terms of SSO - zoho enables login with google accounts. We use CAS authentication. Does it answer your question?
