I am not able to create a business process diagram. When i drop a BPMN shape over the pool (bpmn shape) canvas , it is not visible in the designer. None of shapes are visible on dropping it in the pool canvas. But the connections points of the dropped BPMN shapes exists in the pool canvas. Wat could be the potential reason for this behaviour of BPMN shapes when drooped in the designer canvas?

Hi, did you change anything in Designer, did you update Eclipse or installed a third party tool ?
What is your OS, and what version of Designer are you running ?

No i did not change anything in the designer, Just followed the installation guide instructions.

I have an eclipse version 3.2 already installed in my system. Did not make any updates to it.

I did not install any 3rd party tool.

The version of designer i am running is - Intalio-Designer-5.2.1.158

OS - Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4

OK, please attach the .log and designer.log files placed in the .metadata folder of the workspace of your Designer installation.
